[Staff] (Good) News-- Carlos Arestivo and Paraguay

Dear Staff,
Orlando wanted me to share this news with everyone. The attached e-mail is
in Spanish, and from board member Carlos Arestivo. Unfortunately, he can't
be with us this year at Survivors' Week, but he had some wonderful news to
share. Carlos is from Paraguay, and the authoritarian party that has held
the presidency for 61 year was voted out on Sunday. It is to be replaced
by a leftist ex-bishop who has promised to be tough on torture (and
poverty)!
