Safe Skills Workshop

Do you feel stressed right now and want to learn ways to lower your stress? Or, do you often feel peaceful and would like to share what you do to stay calm? We are excited to announce that we will use our Life Skills Group time to learn and practice stress reduction and self-care skills. Our first group will start this Monday (October 17) from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM

We hope to help members find ways to manage stress and create safety together as a community. We hope to see many of you here!
